|Jim Benney has been in the glass and window industry in North America for over twenty-five years. He served eight years as Manager of Technical Services for the Window and Door Manufacturers Association; seven years as Technical Director for the Primary Glass Manufacturers Council; and has worked with the National Fenestration Rating Council since 1999; originally as Director of Education and as its Chief Executive Officer since 2003. He achieved his Certified Association Executive (CAE) credentials in 2007. |
Deborah Callahan, CAE

|Deborah Callahan is the NFRC Chief Operating Officer (COO), formerly she was the Deputy Executive Director. She has been with NFRC since 2005, and has 25 years of experience in association management. Deb holds a BA and MA in history, and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), a Certified Professional Mediator, and a HR Professional – awarded from the professional organizations to which she belongs: American Society of Association Executives, Association of Conflict Resolution, and the Society for Human Resource Management, respectively.|
Laboratory Accreditation Program Manager

|Dennis Anderson is the Laboratory Accreditation Program (LAP) Manager at the NFRC. He served a tour of duty with the U.S. Army before going to college to earn a BS Engineering Degree from St. Cloud State University (Minnesota). Dennis got his start in the fenestration industry in 1992 as a laboratory technician with Twin City Testing and obtained NFRC accreditation for them to conduct thermal testing and simulations. Eight years later, he joined Architectural Testing, Inc. as laboratory manager that furthered his experience in the industry. The experience gained in testing has been invaluable with the responsibilities as NFRC's LAP manager. Robin Y. Clayton
Director of Finance and Administration

|Robin Clayton serves as the Director of Finance and Administration. Since 2005, Robin has been responsible for the financial stewardship of NFRC. In this role, she is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting and the administrative operations. Prior to joining NFRC, Robin has served as Controller at the American Nurses Association and as Staff Accountant at the Brady Campaign. Robin has 30 years of experience in the accounting field. |Jessica Finn received her undergraduate degree in Human Relations from High Point University and her Master’s Degree in International Non-governmental Organizations from Webster University in London. Jessica was a United States Peace Corps volunteer for two years in St. Lucia where she specialized in community and youth development. |Cheryl Gendron is a seasoned association professional who has been with the NFRC since 2003 planning the association’s varied events and doing industry and consumer outreach. She is committed to helping NFRC deliver the highest level of stakeholder services to all audiences, internal and external. Cheryl is a member and volunteers with PMPI, and is a moderator on the Meetings Community "MeCo" e-mail listserv. She holds a BA in Psychology and Marketing from Flagler College, and her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) designation. She is passionate about exceeding expectations. |Scott Hanlon is the Program Director for NFRC. Though he has been with NFRC since 2006, Scott has worked in the fenestration industry since 1995. With an Associate’s Degree in drafting and design, Scott began his professional life as a graphic designer, before using those same skills to become a certified simulator at NCTL, and then moving to NFRC to become the LAP Manager. As NFRC grew, so did Scott’s role, as he now manages all technical and ratings programs for NFRC as the Programs Director. He also holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Senior Manager, Communications and Marketing

|Tom Herron has been connecting people with NFRC’s mission since 2007. He has worked in marketing and communications since 1985 and has held positions as a newspaper reporter, account manager, and marketing manager. Tom serves on the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Educational Outreach Committee in Southern Nevada, providing regular contributions to its monthly newsletter. Tom also serves on the Board of Directors for the Sustainable Buildings Industry Council. Tom is the recipient of 1994 Excellence in Journalism award for the Maryland Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists and is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Lambda Pi Eta honor societies. He is also a LEED Green Associate and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland University College. |

|Airienne Jeffery, the NFRC PCP Coordinator, joined staff in 2013. Though new to this industry, Airienne has many years of experience coordinating programs for the insurance industry, including litigation claims and claims filed against the State of Maryland. Senior Manager, Programs

Ray began working at the NFRC in January of 2004. Ray’s current duties include operating the commercial fenestration energy rating program at NFRC named the Component Modeling Approach (CMA). His primary responsibility is the overall management and development of the CMA Program and its associated software applications. Ray works with many fenestration trade organizations such as American National Standards Institute (ANSI), the National Institute of Building Science (NIBS), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Ray is a board member of both the NIBS Building Enclosure Technology and Environment Council (BETEC) and the NIBS-Building Smart Alliance (BIM). He also participates with the High Performance Buildings Congressional Caucus Coalition (HPBCCC), the ANSI Energy Efficiency Standardization Coordination Collaborative (EESCC), and the Alliance to Save Energy’s Responsible Energy Codes Alliance (RECA).

Robin Merrifield is the Communications Manager for NFRC. She joined NFRC in 2009 to assist in managing the NFRC technical and program documents and has taken on more duties as part of the Communications team at NFRC. Prior to joining NFRC, Robin worked for a healthcare research non-profit organization for 19 years, starting as membership coordinator and ending as Director of Education, with stops in every department on the non-profit along the way. Robin is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). |Una Moneypenny has worked in the information technology field for over fifteen years as a communication specialist, Web developer and project manager. Prior to arriving at NFRC, Una spent eighteen years at Cornell University working in the fields of Publishing, Editing, Resource and Environmental Economics, Commodity Promotion Research and Computer Science. Reshanna joined NFRC as the Bookkeeper in 2012, with 15 years of accounting experience, ranging from data entry to payroll to accounts payable and receivable. |Jen Padgett has been with NFRC since 2009, coming to us from Philips Products, a residential window company based in Elkhart, IN with plants across the country. While at Philips, she worked exclusively with NFRC and Air Water Structural to assist with rating their products. Currently, Jen handles the Component Modeling Approach program for NFRC, serving as the face for the program while providing support and managing billing. |Michelle is the Independent Verification Program Coordinator for NFRC. Though she is new to the fenestration industry, her BS in Ecology and Environmental Biology from Appalachian State University and her LEED AP credential, gives her a background in building energy considerations that translates well in her current position. Prior to NFRC, Michelle put her project coordination and logistics skills to use at a fair trade chocolate company and at a civil engineering consulting firm.
